Learn the normal shift first
Horror is easier to notice when the ordinary process is clear. Complete a standard order and record the normal order of supplies, camera work and printing before assuming every change is an anomaly.
Change one studio variable
If a shift fails, record whether the problem came from missing supplies, an unfinished customer request or an unexpected event. Test one correction on the next run.
